KAROL Meat Processing Plant is a family company with a long tradition. Its history began in 1998 in Biała Podlaska, where Ewa and Jan Brodawka opened a small wholesale cold meat store. The store achieved a huge success, attracting large numbers of customers. It allowed the owners to open their own meat plant already two years later. The plant was established in Strzakły near the town of Międzyrzec Podlaski. Since then, the manufacturing base has been constantly growing and the company has been extending its reach, sending increasing quantities of products worldwide. In 2001, to meet the needs of the market, a modern freezer room was opened, where 2000 tons of goods can be stored.
